This Privacy Policy explains how Ocean Faith Watersports ("we") collects and uses your personal data. We respect your privacy and handle data in line with Aruba's data-protection law, and — as a baseline of good practice — the principles of the EU GDPR for visitors located in the EU.

2. Data we collect. Name, email, phone, and booking details you provide when booking or using our contact form; and basic technical/usage data via cookies and analytics.
3. How and why we use it (legal basis). To process and manage your bookings (performance of a contract); to communicate about your reservation and provide support; to improve our website and, with consent, marketing/analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payments. Card payments are processed by CXPAY, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details are handled on their secure systems; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Service providers / recipients. We use trusted providers to run our business, including Wix (website hosting and forms) and CXPAY (payments), and email/booking tools. They process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
6. International transfers. As an Aruba-based business serving international visitors, your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards in place.
7. Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
8. Your rights. You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent.
