These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ocean Faith Watersports website and your booking of our activities. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are. Ocean Faith Watersports, Blvd Smith #83/84, Palm Beach, Noord, Aruba. Phone/WhatsApp: +297 593-5864. Email: ofaruba@gmail.com.
2. Bookings. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid online; the remaining balance is due on arrival, before the activity begins. (Beach umbrella and chair rentals are paid in full online.) We may decline or cancel a booking where required for safety or availability.
3. Prices, taxes and how you pay. All prices shown on this website are in USD and include applicable Aruba turnover taxes. To book, you pay a deposit online by card to confirm your reservation (beach umbrella and chair rentals are paid in full online). The remaining balance is due in person before the activity and may be paid in cash or by card. Card payments for the in-person balance are subject to a card processing fee. Prices may change, but a confirmed booking is honored at the price you booked.
4. Payments. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, CXPAY. We do not store full card numbers.
5. Cancellations and changes. Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may cancel, shorten or reroute any activity for weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons (see clause 7).
6. Participant responsibilities. Watersports carry inherent risks. You agree to: follow all instructions of the captain and crew; wear the provided life vest at all times when required; not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and truthfully disclose any medical condition, pregnancy, or inability to swim before the activity. Minimum-age and supervision rules apply to certain activities. We may refuse participation, without refund, where safety is at risk.
7. Weather and operator cancellation. Your safety is our priority. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund of amounts paid, including the deposit.
8. Conduct and environment. Guests must follow safety and environmental rules, including no tying to wrecks, coral or buoys, and respecting marine life and other beach users.
9. Liability. Participation is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Aruba law, our liability is limited as set out in our Liability Waiver. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes & severability. We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your booking applies. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
